It is in the Presence of God. The kind of Presence we all want to explore, feel, and sense! This mediation will take you into the Presence of God. Its flow will help you see and feel God on the inside of you. Because we are not separate from God, connecting with where God is inside you takes some skill and effort. As you listen to this meditation, you will experience the feeling of being in the Presence. The senses, touch – taste – sight – hearing – and smell – are suspended, so you and SENSE the Presence beyond those human senses. This KNOWING is inside of us.


Everyone has a preference for when to meditate. When you first wake up, it is best before you get busy. Your mind needs to be receptive to receive. Make sure you will not be bothered by anyone, use headphones, and sit in a chair. Sitting keeps your mind alert. Avoid lying down. Take a few deep breaths before you begin. These are short, so you MUST prepare for the meditation, or it will be over before it starts. Stretch the body, wear a blindfold, and take off glasses and watches. Follow the words closely and listen to each one. Actively participate in the meditation by following the words and thinking in line with the words.

When you are done, you are done. Repetitive listening works.

Here is a disclaimer: If you want to get the most out of meditation, you should work toward a longer time. Twenty minutes, like exercise, is the best length. Since you are a beginner, these are an excellent place to start.
